Muench is a Gallup-certified strengths coach and was a national board-certified teacher. As an educator and coach for more than 30 years, he has taken his passion for developing future leaders from the classroom and sports venue to the greater community. Muench has developed and led numerous leadership development and executive coaching programs for businesses, school administrations, state-wide athletic programs, and nonprofit organizations.
