SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Emma Frazier has joined Appel Osborne Landscape Architecture as a project designer, the Syracuse–based firm announced.

Frazier is a 2022 graduate of the University of Oregon College of Design with a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, including a minor in environmental studies. She is eager to begin her career in professional practice and continue her knowledge in the field, the firm said.

Appel Osborne, founded in 1975, is a landscape architecture and site engineering firm. The firm’s services include construction documents, contract administration, environmental and agency compliance, land planning, site engineering, and sustainable design, according to its website.

Appel Osborne’s headquarters is located at the Oak Knitting Mill building at 102 W. Division St. in Syracuse. The firm also has an office in Buffalo.
