BOONVILLE, N.Y. — Rome Health announced it has added Boonville native Leah Boek as a family nurse practitioner (FNP) at Boonville Health Center.

Boek worked as a nurse for nearly 17 years before pursuing her master’s degree at Utica University as an FNP. She previously received her associate degree in nursing from Mohawk Valley Community College and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Utica University. Boek has a broad range of experience including critical care, pediatrics, and nursing education.

Boek joins Corrine Kelley, FNP, in providing primary care for patients of all ages at the Boonville Health Center, located at 13407 Route 12 in Boonville. The practice is accepting new patients.

Rome Health, an affiliate of St. Joseph’s Health, provides services including primary care, specialty care, and long-term care.
