SYRACUSE, N.Y. — CBRE Upstate NY announced that Cory LaDuke has joined its Syracuse office as an associate real-estate broker.

LaDuke has worked in commercial real estate for eight years. While specializing in the office sector, he also has considerable experience in the industrial market, having represented both tenants and landlords in markets throughout the northeast, CBRE said.

LaDuke’s past employers include JF Real Estate and Cushman Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company, according to the CNYBJ news archives.

Over his career, LaDuke has completed more than 150 transactions totaling more than $58 million in transaction value, according to CBRE. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from St. John Fisher University.
