People news: CH Insurance hires Alampi as head of business development

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — CH Insurance announced it has added Larry Alampi as its new head of business development.

Alampi comes to Syracuse–based CH after a 20-year career in banking, including more than a decade of in commercial lending, the insurance agency said.

He most recently worked at KeyBank as a VP and business banking relationship manager for the last three years, according to his LinkedIn profile. Before that, Alampi was employed by First Niagara, before it was acquired by KeyBank.

Alampi also previously worked at HSBC in various roles. He is a graduate of Le Moyne College.
