CICERO, N.Y. — Commercial security systems and communications technology integrator Chimera Integrations has promoted Ryan O’Donnell to sales manager.

O’Donnell joined the company in June 2021 as a sales engineer. He previously worked as a sales executive for Rapid Response Monitoring in Syracuse, according to his LinkedIn profile.

“Working with Casey White and the team at Chimera Integration has been the most enjoyable and rewarding experience of my professional career,” O’Donnell said in a press release. “The company’s expansion and emergence as an industry leader over the last year has been exciting to be a part of, and I’m honored to now build on our momentum by leading our sales team.”

O’Donnell holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Barry University in Miami, Florida, where he began his career working in nonprofit management and fundraising. He later returned home to Central New York to advance his career and start a family with his wife, Melissa.

Founded in the Syracuse area in 2017, Chimera Integrations has since expanded to serve the entire state from regional offices located in Plattsburgh, Potsdam, Watertown, Binghamton, and Rochester. The company designs and installs integrated security systems such as video surveillance, door-access control, monitored alarms, and patient-care technology for hospitals. Chimera’s headquarters office is at 6035 E. Taft Road in the town of Cicero.
