SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Barclay Damon LLP announced that Nick Constantino, associate attorney, has joined its insurance coverage & regulation and torts & products liability defense practice areas.

Constantino, whose primary office is in Syracuse, concentrates his practice on all aspects of insurance coverage and insurance-defense matters. He has experience defending claims arising from New York State labor law, medical-malpractice claims, motor-vehicle accidents, insurance-coverage disputes, and premises-liability claims, the law firm said in a news release.

Prior to joining Barclay Damon, Constantino was an associate at Smith Sovik in Syracuse, handling tort-defense matters, according to his LinkedIn profile. He also gained additional experience through a legal externship and a student attorney position.

Constantino received his law degree from the Syracuse University College of Law in 2019, bachelor’s degree in history from Wells College in 2016, and associate degree in secondary education and teaching from SUNY Morrisville in 2014, per the profile.
