SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Dermody, Burke & Brown, CPAs, LLC announced it has recently hired Uyen Nguyen, CPA as a manager in the auditing & accounting department in its Syracuse office.
Nguyen previously worked as a senior auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP. She received both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accounting from Syracuse University.
Nguyen is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She is also a past member of the Supervisory Audit Committee at Countryside Federal Credit Union, a past volunteer income tax assistant (VITA) for Beta Alpha Psi, and a past volunteer treasurer at St. Helen Church Choir.
