SENECA FALLS, N.Y. — Generations Bank announced it has promoted Jenny Humphreys to market manager of Seneca County.

In this position, Humphreys will manage two Generations Bank offices in Seneca County — the flagship office on Cayuga Street in Seneca Falls and the office on North Road in Waterloo.

Since joining the organization in 2016, Humphreys has held the titles of universal banker, service lead, and business development officer, according to a Generations Bank news release. In her new position, Humphreys will manage a staff of universal bankers, service consumer deposit accounts and loans, and maintain the day-to-day operations of two retail offices. Humphreys will also continue to help develop and grow business in the local area.

Humphreys is a notary public and licensed mortgage-loan originator, experienced in home-equity loans, mortgages, and consumer loans. She played a big part in servicing Generations Bank’s Paycheck Protection Program loans early on during COVID-19 pandemic.

“Over the years, Jenny has become a staple at our flagship office in Seneca Falls. She plays an essential role in our company as a knowledgeable banker, manager, and active member of the community. We are excited to see all she can accomplish in her new role,” AG Cutrona, SVP – director of growth and profitability at Generations Bank, said in the release.

Founded in 1870 and headquartered in Seneca Falls, Generations has nine branch offices in Seneca Falls, Auburn (2), Union Springs, Waterloo, Geneva, Phelps, Farmington and Medina.
