People news: Generations Bank promotes Maltman to VP, residential sales manager

GENEVA, N.Y. — Generations Bank announced it has promoted Bernyce Maltman to VP and residential sales manager.

Maltman joined Generations in 2017 and “quickly became a valued member of the company’s sales team,” the bank said in a news release.

In her role, Maltman grows the bank’s residential mortgage business across its footprint and also manages the mortgage sales team. She works from Generations Bank’s retail branch office in Geneva.

Maltman is a graduate of Keuka College with a dual bachelor’s degree in marketing and business management with a concentration in finance.

Founded in 1870 and headquartered in Seneca Falls, Generations has 10 branches in Seneca Falls, Auburn (2), Union Springs, Waterloo, Geneva, Phelps, Farmington, Albion and Medina.
