Mary Miner
Miner focuses her practice on regulatory compliance counsel to health care and human services entities under state and federal law. She is a member of the firm’s health-care practice area.
Kummerow counsels public- and private-sector employers on labor and employment-related law. She is a member of the firm’s labor and employment, education, municipal and startup and emerging businesses practice areas. She regularly lectures on topics including transgender issues, the Family Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities, and employment liability.

Miner is a graduate of Bowdoin College, University of Texas at Austin, and the University at Buffalo School of Law.
Kummerow is a graduate of Syracuse University and the Drexel University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania
Besides its headquarters in Axa Tower I in downtown Syracuse, Hancock Estabrook also operates offices in Ithaca, Rome, and Albany. The firm employs more than 100 people, including more than 50 attorneys.
