People news: Herkimer College adds Kershaw as technology support technician

HERKIMER, N.Y. — Herkimer County Community College announced it has appointed Jarod P. Kershaw as a technology support technician.

Kershaw, of Salisbury Center, is responsible for computer setup and configuration, audio/video equipment setup and configuration, hardware and software troubleshooting, user training, product research, and vendor support.

Kershaw most recently worked as an educational support specialist at Salem County Vocational Technical School in Woodstown, New Jersey. He has more than six years of experience as a technician managing and processing end-user support requests and maintaining equipment, workstations, and management of network-user accounts.

He received his associate degree in accounting from Salem Community College and has a certificate in CompTIA network training.
