MONTOUR FALLS, N.Y. — Construction-services company Welliver announced the addition of Richard Hoglund as a project manager.
Hoglund’s duties in his new role include project management, team building, safety management, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, budgets, and working with clients to ensure a smooth construction process.
“Rick will bring valuable hands-on experience and an understanding of client-centric relationships that will enhance our project management efforts to generate growth and change,” Welliver President Anne Welliver-Hartsing said in a news release.
Prior to joining Welliver, Hoglund was a project manager and safety director for E.E. Austin & Son, Inc. in Erie, Pennsylvania, according to his LinkedIn profile. In that role, he gained experience in owner and subcontractor relations, value engineering, quality control, field inspection, and managing Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulatory requirements.
Headquartered in Montour Falls, Welliver is a fifth-generation, family-owned company that provides construction management, pre-construction, general construction, and design/build services to industries including health care, higher education, K-12 education, commercial/residential, and industrial.
