She most recently served as marketing manager for the company’s Mid-Atlantic region, where she led the development of proposals across all five of MJ’s divisions regionally and managed the workload within the region.

In her new role, Johnson continues to lead marketing efforts to support the company’s growth in the Mid-Atlantic with added responsibilities in New England and with corporate initiatives in support of the firm’s strategic plan.

“Jennifer has provided strategic leadership of numerous initiatives within MJ, including a full redesign of our company website and is currently leading a branding effort focused on increasing our national visibility,” Chad Nixon, company president and chairman, said in a press release. “She has countless successes in guiding our technical staff in the development of winning proposals, and her years of service at the firm illustrate her strong work ethic and dedication.”

McFarland Johnson, an employee-owned company, has 22 offices across the country. MJ serves the transportation, aviation, civil/facilities, and environmental markets with planning, design, and construction services. It also provides grant-administration and technology-application services.
