Gadley is responsible for administering Key’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) programs in these markets, and implementing its national community benefits plan for investing $16.5 billion in its communities from Maine to Alaska over a five-year period, beginning Jan. 1, 2017. Gadley will report to Catherine Braniecki, KeyBank’s regional corporate responsibility officer for upstate New York and New England, per a company news release.
Gadley most recently served as VP and CRA program director at First Niagara Bank, from May 2012 until the company’s merger with Key in 2016. She previously was VP and senior regional community development manager at HSBC for more than six years. Gadley has also held positions at Fleet Bank, Citibank, and M&T Bank.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in business and her MBA from Medaille College, as well as an associate degree in business from Bryant & Stratton College.
