People news: LeChase Construction hires Thomas as project manager

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — LeChase Construction Services, LLC announced it has hired Chris Thomas as a project manager in its Syracuse office.

In this role, he will manage, develop, maintain, and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction, and post-construction phases. That includes safety, construction planning, and cost-control procedures.

Thomas has almost 20 years of construction experience, largely on projects in higher education, industrial, commercial, and government markets. He began his career as a project engineer and has worked as a project manager since early 2017.

Thomas has an associate degree in civil engineering technology from SUNY Broome Community College.

LeChase Construction’s Syracuse office is located at 609 Erie Blvd. W. The firm, headquartered near Rochester, also has New York offices in Armonk, Binghamton, Buffalo, Corning, and Schenectady, as well as a pair of sites in North Carolina.
