SYRACUSE, N.Y. — LeChase Construction Services, LLC announced it has hired Laird Updyke as a senior project manager in its Syracuse office.

In this role, Updyke will manage, develop, maintain, and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction, and post-construction phases. Those functions include safety, construction planning, and cost-control procedures.

Updyke has 18 years of project management and facilities management experience, primarily in Syracuse and Central New York. He earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management and an associate degree in architectural engineering, both from Alfred State College.
