SYRACUSE, N.Y. — LeChase Construction Services, LLC announced it has promoted Dylan Gifford to assistant project manager, based in Central New York.

In this role, Gifford will manage, develop, maintain, and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction, and post-construction phases. Those functions include safety, construction planning, and cost-control procedures, the firm said in a news release.

Gifford has more than seven years of construction experience, working on a variety of different projects. Since joining LeChase in the spring of 2020, he has primarily worked in the K-12 sector. This includes projects at the Broadalbin-Perth, Jamesville-DeWitt, and Cincinnatus school districts. Gifford attended Norwich University, the Military College of Vermont, where he studied civil engineering and construction while also participating in the Corps of Cadets.

Established in 1944, LeChase, headquartered in Rochester, provides general construction and construction-management services in a wide range of industries and on projects of all sizes. The firm’s Central New York office is located at 609 Erie Blvd. W in Syracuse.
