SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC announced that Timothy N. McMahon has recently joined the law firm’s litigation practice in its Syracuse office as senior counsel.
McMahon has litigated commercial and personal-injury cases before all state and federal courts on contract disputes, insurance-coverage disputes, products and premises liability, motor-vehicle law, and construction-law matters.
For the past 12 years, prior to joining Bond, McMahon was principal law clerk to Judge Joseph E. Lamendola, Onondaga County Supreme Court, and to Judge Brian F. DeJoseph, Onondaga County Supreme Court and New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division, Fourth Department. In these positions, McMahon was responsible for conducting preliminary, pre-trial and alternate dispute resolution (ADR) conferences; preparing proposed jury charges, verdict sheets and motion decisions/orders; analyzing and researching issues on appeal from Supreme Court, Surrogate’s Court, Family Court and County Court; and preparing legal memoranda with proposed resolutions.
McMahon earned his law degree from Western New England University School of Law and bachelor’s degree from St. Lawrence University.
