GENEVA, N.Y. — Kevin M. LoCicero has joined the loan department at Finger Lakes Federal Credit Union as its VP/lending manager.

In this role, LoCicero is responsible for the oversight of residential and consumer-loan operations and servicing teams. He is responsible for department-level guidelines, programs and strategy development, and also has the opportunity to work directly with members.

LoCicero previously worked at Tompkins Bank of Castile as a mortgage-loan originator and banking officer for Monroe, Wayne, and Ontario counties. He has held a number of lending, marketing, and management positions within community banks and consumer finance companies.

LoCicero received a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a specialization in finance, from Marquette University. He is also fluent in Spanish with a bilingual proficiency in oral and written communication. LoCicero is also an accomplished presenter on topics including sales generation, customer retention, title insurance, settlement clearance matters, and regulatory compliance.

Finger Lakes Federal Credit Union (www.flfcu.org), with $242 million in assets, has four branches serving more than 22,000 members in Ontario, Monroe, Seneca, and Yates counties. It is based at 27 Seneca St. in Geneva.
