People news: M&T Bank promotes Campagna to group VP

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — M&T Bank has promoted Frank J. Campagna to group vice president. He is responsible for managing the bank’s commercial-equipment finance group.

Campagna has worked for M&T for 14 years, most recently as administrative vice president.

As the commercial-equipment leasing business line manager, Campagna oversees a team of commercial bankers to design tax-oriented and non-tax-oriented leases for organizations, large and small.

Campagna received a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in education from The College of New Jersey. He serves on the First Presbyterian Church of Cazenovia board of trustees and is a Cazenovia resident.
