NORWICH, N.Y. — NBT Bank announced it has hired Cleave Snow as VP in its credit administration division. In this position, Snow will support NBT Bank’s commercial and agricultural lending teams.

Snow has 30 years of banking experience. Before joining NBT, he worked at KeyBank in Syracuse, serving as senior VP and district credit officer for nine years and, prior to that, as VP and credit officer for eight years. Snow previously worked for CoBank in Springfield, Massachusetts as a commercial portfolio manager. 

A resident of Tully, Snow earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree in agricultural education at Cornell University and master’s degree in agricultural economics at Purdue University. 

NBT Bank offers personal banking, asset management and business services through a network of 154 branches in six states including New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. NBT Bank and its parent company, NBT Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ: NBTB), are headquartered in Norwich. NBT Bancorp had assets of $8.6 billion as of June 30.
