SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Onondaga County Resource Recovery Agency (OCCRA) recently appointed Blair Page to its board of directors.

He is a faculty member in Le Moyne College’s Department of Biological and Environmental Sciences and previously taught at Onondaga Community College.

Page earned a master’s degree in wildlife ecology and a doctorate in biogeochemistry, both from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. He received his bachelor’s degree from St. John Fisher College.
