People news: Ongweoweh promotes Haddock to director of global operations

ITHACA, N.Y. — Ongweoweh Corporation, a Native American-owned pallet-management company, announced it has promoted Matt Haddock to director of global operations.

In his new role, Haddock is responsible for the growth and management of Ongweoweh’s international business units, which include Mexico, Canada, and Puerto Rico. He also manages the physical manufacturing locations in the United States.

Haddock, who has seven years of experience that he brings to the role, has held multiple positions at Ongweoweh, most recently as manager of global operations.

Haddock holds an associate degree in communications from SUNY Plattsburgh.

Ongweoweh Corp. provides pallet and packaging procurement, recycling services, and supply-chain optimization programs. Founded in 1978 by Frank Bonamie, an enrolled member of the Cayuga Indian Nation, the company provides custom reporting and data and trend analysis. That includes customers in industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceutical, grains, chemicals, automotive components, oil, technology, corrugate, and retail.
