OSWEGO, N.Y. — Oswego Health has appointed Kim Dec as the new executive director of its multi-specialty medical group, Physician Care, P.C.
The group includes cardiology, orthopedic, primary care, and surgical specialists.
Dec has 20 years of health-care administration and management experience working at various hospitals and medical practices throughout Central New York. She most recently worked as director of Upstate Community Medical, P.C., per Dec’s LinkedIn profile.
“In this leadership role, Kim will support the development of strong physician partnerships that lead to positive organizational culture and continuous clinical improvements,” Dr. Duane Tull, president of Physician Care P.C., said in a statement. “This includes direct oversight and leadership of primary care and specialty practice operations as well as playing an integral role in the recruitment and retention of all providers and staff.”
