ITHACA, N.Y. — Insero & Co. CPAs, LLP has announced that Benjamin Owens, from its Ithaca office, has been admitted as a partner in the accounting firm.

A certified public accountant, Owens is a member of the firm’s audit and business advisory services group and specializes in government, nonprofit, and commercial auditing. He assists his clients through the audit process and helps them understand their accounting requirements and financial reporting, Insero said in a news release.

Owens has also served the Ithaca community through board involvement and volunteering with a variety of local nonprofit organizations. He resides in Groton and attended SUNY Cortland and Ithaca College.

Rochester–based Insero is an accounting and business-advisory practice with additional offices in Cortland, Ithaca, and Watkins Glen.
