People news: POMCO hires Decker as customer-service supervisor

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — POMCO Group announced that it has hired Brett Decker as its supervisor of customer service.

Decker will manage the firm’s customer-service department. Prior to POMCO, he worked as a supervisor in the customer-care department of a regional cable telecommunications company.

“We are fortunate to have Brett helping to lead our customer service team,” Jeff Winchell, chief operating officer at POMCO Group, said in a news release. “He has already demonstrated an understanding and commitment to our first call resolution philosophy on which our service delivery model is predicated.”

Decker brings more than seven years experience in customer service. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from the University at Buffalo.
