SYRACUSE, N.Y. — POMCO Group has announced the hiring of John Egerbrecht as supervisor of operations services. He will oversee the daily operations of the POMCO Group call center.

Egerbrecht brings more than 13 years experience in medical-plan customer service and management, according to a POMCO news release. Most recently, Egerbrecht worked for six years as a customer-service supervisor at EmblemHealth, according to his LinkedIn page.

“With John’s previous customer service management experience, he brings a wealth of insight into best practices related to call center management,” Sherry Fraser, director of customer service at POMCO, said in the release.

Egerbrecht is a graduate of Bishop Ludden High School and lives in Warners.
