BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP recently announced that Rosemarie Pope has joined the firm as of counsel, bringing experience in commercial real estate, business and banking law, municipal law, wills, trusts, estates, and residential real estate.

Pope began her law career as a partner at Pope, Schrader & Pope LLP in 2015 before opening her own law practice, Rosemarie Pope PLLC, in 2019.

Pope received her bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University in 2007 and received her law degree from Syracuse University in 2014.

She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Broome County Bar Association. Pope also serves as the deputy town attorney for the town of Union.

Coughlin & Gerhart is a multi-service law firm with a team of more than 55 lawyers and a professional support staff.
