CLINTON, N.Y. — Christine Potocki has joined Indium Corporation as strategic human-resources business partner – international integration.
In this role, Potocki serves as a partner in international human-resources initiatives, acting as the liaison and primary point-of-contact for HR teams outside the United States. She assists with daily operational items such as payroll and benefit administration and collaborates with HR and site-leadership teams worldwide.
Potocki brings nearly 20 years of human resources and operations experience to the role. Most recently, she served as VP and chief administrative officer at BNY Mellon, where she oversaw the operations of more than 12 locations and 3,000 employees worldwide.
Headquartered in Clinton, Indium has global technical support and factories located in China, Germany, India, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, and the United Kingdom as well as its U.S. locations. The company is a materials refiner, smelter, manufacturer, and supplier to industries including electronics, semiconductor, thin-film and thermal-management markets.
