UTICA, N.Y. — Dr. Aymen Rashid has joined Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) Orthopedic Group as an orthopedic spine surgeon.

Prior to MVHS, Rashid was an orthopedic spine surgeon at Slocum Dickson Medical Group, PLLC. He has more than eight years of experience as physician.

Rashid received his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore. He completed his spine fellowship at Houston Methodist Hospital in Houston and his orthopedic residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse.

Rashid is accepting new patients of all ages at MVHS Orthopedic Group at 1903 Sunset Ave. in Utica.
