CICERO, N.Y. — SRC, Inc. recently hired James Razza as director of information technology.

In this role, he will lead the enterprise infrastructure and support team, with responsibility for the development and execution of SRC’s technology roadmap, the Cicero–based company said. Razza will manage SRC’s cloud and on-premise hardware and service offerings, provide strategic IT direction, and collaborate with various departments to improve capabilities through IT efficiencies.

Razza brings more than 25 years of experience in technology delivery to SRC. Prior to joining the company, he served as senior director of information management and technology at Terakeet, where he oversaw the information management department and set that firm’s strategic direction, as well as execution of the planned goals and objectives. He has also held senior and leadership positions at several other technology companies across the Syracuse area, SRC said.

Razza is a certified information systems security professional (or CISSP) and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from SUNY Geneseo and an MBA degree from Syracuse University.

SRC is a not-for-profit research and development company that combines information, science, technology and ingenuity to solve problems in the areas of defense, environment, and intelligence. It employs more than 1,300 people.
