Chabot will oversee all aspects of SRC’s corporate-compliance program including compliance monitoring, training, policy development, and export compliance, SRC said in a news release. She will also facilitate interactions with external auditors and work with various groups to ensure the company is ready for audits. Chabot has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from SUNY Geneseo and is a certified public accountant, or CPA.
Pitzeruse will be responsible for managing and planning all budgeting and forecasting activities for SRC. He will also work with senior management to review financial performance and perform long-range planning and analysis to support decision-making, the SRC release stated. Pitzeruse has a bachelor’s degree in marketing management from Syracuse University.
“Danielle and Mark have many years of experience at SRC,” Paul G. Tremont, president of SRC, said in the release. “I’m confident they will bring that knowledge to their new roles to help us meet our near and long-term goals.”
SRC, formerly Syracuse Research Corporation, is a not-for-profit research and development company headquartered in Cicero, with more than 55 years of experience in defense, environment, and intelligence. The company employs more than 1,000 people in 15 offices throughout Colorado, Maine, Maryland, New York, Ohio, Texas, and Virginia.
