SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Onondaga County Resource Recovery Agency (OCRRA) announced that Jerusha Thomas of Syracuse was recently appointed to its board of directors.
Thomas has experience in campaign management and was the former director of corporate compliance for H.O.M.E, Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University.
The City of Syracuse Common Council approved Thomas’s appointment to the OCRRA board on Feb. 5 by a vote of 9-0, according to a Common Council agenda recap. Her term runs through 2020.
