People news: Tops promotes Hill to manager of its Camden store

CAMDEN, N.Y. — Tops Friendly Markets announced it has promoted Mike Hill to manager of its store in Camden in Oneida County.

Hill, who most recently served as assistant manager at the Tops store in North Syracuse, has worked for Tops since 2006. He began his career as a grocery clerk at the Baldwinsville–area Tops and became an assistant store manager in 2010, working at various store locations along the way.

Tops Markets, LLC is headquartered in Williamsville (near Buffalo) and operates 159 full-service supermarkets in New York state, northern Pennsylvania, and Vermont, with five additional franchise stores and is the largest private, for-profit employer in Western New York. It employs 14,000 people.
