NEW BERLIN, N.Y — Erik Zorich has joined Preferred Mutual Insurance Company as a marketing analyst.

He previously was a consumer-insights analyst for Tops Markets, LLC.

In his new role, he will be responsible for the ongoing collection and analysis of industry and consumer data to produce reports and develop effective marketing strategies, according to a news release from Preferred Mutual Insurance.

Zorich earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Canisius College in Buffalo and an MBA degree from Wright State University in Ohio.

New Berlin–based Preferred Mutual Insurance provides property and casualty insurance coverage to more than 230,000 individual and business customers through a network of more than 480 independent agents throughout New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. The mutual insurance company employs more than 270 people.
