WATERLOO, N.Y. — Dr. Luke Chen has relocated his medical practice to a newly remodeled office at Seneca Family Health Center at 367A East Main St. in Waterloo, Finger Lakes Health, the parent organization, announced.

Dr. Chen is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Pediatrics, and is a member of the Medical Society of the State of New York. He completed his internal-medicine residency at the Brooklyn Hospital and completed his pediatric residency at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn. Chen graduated from medical school in Taiwan.

Finger Lakes Health is a multi-institutional health system that provides a full range of acute and long-term care health services to residents of the Finger Lakes region. It provides primary care services in Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates Counties. The system offers acute and long-term care services on three campuses located in Ontario, Seneca, and Yates Counties.
