DeWITT, N.Y. — Pinnacle Investments, LLC, a 25-year-old wealth and asset management firm, has appointed Mark Nardella as president.

The firm tells CNYBJ an email that Pinnacle may have had a president in the past, but Nardella isn’t replacing anyone in that role. Nardella is a firm partner and has served as a financial advisor and will continue providing financial-advisor services to clients, a Pinnacle spokesperson notes.

As president, Nardella is responsible for Pinnacle’s wealth-management business, including training, recruiting, advisor oversight, and advisor-growth initiatives.

Pinnacle Investments is based at 5845 Widewaters Parkway in DeWitt. The firm has 20 branch locations across 10 states. Pinnacle Investments is an advisor partnership that provides products and services to its clients.

“I’m thrilled to take on this expanded role,” Nardella said in a release. “I believe that Pinnacle’s unique business mix and partnership structure will make an attractive alternative for advisors seeking to change firms. Whether they value an entrepreneurial firm culture, our unique suite of products and services, or want to participate in the personal wealth-building that the partnership model provides, I look forward to making the case for them to become a partner.”

Ben Quilty, CEO of Pinnacle Investments, had this to say about Nardella:

“Mark, like the rest of senior management at Pinnacle, is also a financial advisor, so he brings that unique perspective that only an advisor can, to leading these business lines,” he said.
