SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Pinnacle Holding Company, LLC on Friday announced that it has named Ryan York CEO of Confidential Planning I, LLC.

Confidential Planning I is part of the Pinnacle “family of companies,” according to the Pinnacle website. Confidential Planning I says it focuses on the financial needs of educators and employees of school systems and universities, along with hospitals and nonprofit organizations.

York is now leading a business that is “growing in value” to the Pinnacle organization, Gregg Kidd, CEO of Pinnacle Holding, said in a news release.

York joined the Pinnacle family of companies with Pinnacle Investments, LLC in 2011. He is a certified financial-divorce specialist; a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) general-securities representative; a state securities agent & registered investment advisor representative; and licensed for life, accident, and health through the New York State Department of Financial Services, the company said.

He is also a graduate of the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
