UTICA — The Arc Oneida-Lewis Chapter honored PJ Green for partnering with the Arc vocational program to employ people with developmental disabilities.
The ARC presented the company with a certificate at an October breakfast honoring National Disability Employment Awareness month.
PJ Green employs Arc employees for all types of bindery preparation work for the company’s high-volume promotional advertising mailings. The jobs can range from several thousand to tens of thousands of pieces and require the employment of anywhere from 20 to 100 individuals.

The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chapter is a human-service organization providing educational, vocational, residential, family-support, guardianship, respite-care, recreational-rehabilitation, day-habilitation, clinical, senior, and children’s services to people with developmental disabilities and their families. The agency services more than 1,650 people in Oneida and Lewis counties.
