POMCO has promoted MARIA RATLIFF to accounting supervisor. She has eight years experience as an accounting coordinator at POMCO. In her new role Ratliff will be responsible for leading financial projects for POMCO and its clients. JOHN COUGHLIN has been promoted to director, information services and technology. He brings more than 20 years experience in the area of health-care software development to his new leadership position at POMCO. Coughlin holds an MBA from Texas A&M University.
