Preferred Mutual Insurance Company

Kyle Martin recently joined Preferred Mutual Insurance Company as a field agency manager. He brings more than eight years of marketing and management experience to Preferred, including sales and leadership positions at other regional and Fortune 100 insurance carriers. Most recently, Martin was a field marketing specialist for another regional agency. In this new position, he will be responsible for Preferred’s market in the Central and Western New York territories. Martin has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from SUNY Albany and a master’s degree in management from Mercy College. Lisa A. Benson recently joined Preferred Mutual as a customer-service supervisor. She brings more than 23 years experience to Preferred, having held multiple leadership positions in customer service. Most recently, she served as an operations supervisor and quality assurance team manager for another regional carrier. Benson attended SUNY Morrisville, is a certified call-center manager, and has completed quality assurance and management certification events through the International Customer Management Institute.
