Preservation Association of CNY announces board members, officers

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Preservation Association of Central New York, Inc. (PACNY) has named its 2015 board of directors and officers. Founded in 1974, PACNY is dedicated to the conservation of the area’s historic architecture, neighborhoods, and main streets. It also seeks to preserve the past through adaptive reuse.

The PACNY officers for 2015-2016 are Murray Gould, president (Port City Preservation, LLC); Patrick Heaton, vice president (Environmental Design & Research, D.P.C.); Andrew D’Agostino, treasurer (Community Preservation Corp.); and Margaret Sithole, secretary (Empire State College).

PACNY’s board of directors for 2015 includes John Auwaerter, SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry; Dean Biancavilla, Holmes, King, Kallquist & Associates; Mary Duffin, Jamesville-Dewitt Central School District; Barton Feinberg, Sutton Real Estate Company, LLC; Julie Gedro, Empire State College; Jeanie Gleisner, Central New York Regional Planning & Development Board; Michael Long, Finger Lakes Planning & Development; Patricia O’Reilly, New York State Homes & Community Renewal; Nicholas Petragnani, Jr., Community Preservation Corp.; and Bruce Poushter,  Sugarman Law Firm.
