“Our administration has worked diligently with Price Rite representatives, and we are thrilled they are opening a new grocery store in downtown,” Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri said in the Price Rite release. “When speaking with current and prospective downtown and Baggs Square residents, there is a universal desire to have everyday amenities readily accessible, and Price Rite’s presence is a major step forward in our mission to make downtown a fully-fledged neighborhood.”
