For years, the agency’s office was located in the penthouse suite at the Adirondack Bank Building in downtown Utica, according to a company news release. In October 2014, Roser purchased a 10-acre parcel on Leland Avenue, adjoining the Aqua Vino Restaurant.

“With this new expansion, it will give us the opportunity to grow our business and bring new jobs to Utica,” Ken Roser said in the release. ProMedia has been in business for 34 years.

With the purchase of the 10-acre parcel, now known as “Canal Park,” Roser, along with several local officials, have “great plans” for expansion and development for this waterfront property, the release stated.
