DeWITT — Propel Network LLC recently leased 5,213 square feet of space at the professional office building located at 15 Technology Place in the town of DeWitt. 

William Evertz and Cory LaDuke from Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered this lease transaction. Financial terms were not provided.

Propel Network, which does business as Propel Pharmacy LLC, is in the pharmaceutical distribution business. On its website, Propel Pharmacy has the slogan, “Serving your needs and propelling you towards good health.”

Propel moved into its space at 15 Technology Place on March 1, LaDuke tells CNYBJ. The company also has a location at 6838 Ellicott Drive in DeWitt, which will remain open for the time being, he adds.

Another tenants located at 15 Technology Place is Trane, a provider of heating and air conditioning systems.
