JOHNSON CITY, N.Y. — Maureen DeJure Wilson of Pyramid Brokerage Company in Binghamton recently brokered the sale of two historic Endicott Johnson manufacturing buildings located at 135-139 Baldwin St. in Johnson City, the real-estate firm announced.
Century Sunrise Redevelopment will be an adaptive reuse of the two buildings, creating 104 residential rental units, available to individuals and families at multiple income levels, and a 3,500-square-foot commercial space, according to a Pyramid Brokerage news release issued Wednesday.
Regan Development Corp. will oversee all aspects of the development of the project, which will create 140 construction jobs and 18 to 23 permanent jobs.
The 2.38-acre site is adjacent to Binghamton University’s Pharmacy school site and is also close to UHS Hospital. The development will anchor the revitalization of the surrounding Johnson City neighborhood, the release stated.
