Raymour & Flanigan launches new private label credit card with TD Bank

CLAY, N.Y. — TD Bank announced that it has signed a multi-year agreement to provide a new branded private label credit-card program for Raymour & Flanigan Furniture, the Northeast’s largest furniture retailer.

The new Raymour & Flanigan credit card launched this week in the family-owned retailer’s 94 full-line showrooms, 11 clearance centers, and online business.

Under the agreement, TD Bank’s Retail Card Services division will direct all parts of the program for the 67-year-old retailer, which is based in Clay and has stores in seven states.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

“The Raymour & Flanigan card has long been a critical part of the services offered to our customers. Accordingly, it was essential that we partner with a company with a proven track record of providing first-rate service at the point-of-sale and beyond, innovative credit marketing programs and the extensive range of affordable financing options that are so important to furniture retailers,” Raymour & Flanigan CEO Neil Goldberg said in a TD Bank news release.

TD Bank says its Retail Card Services Division launches and administers new credit-card portfolios for brick-and-mortar, e-commerce, and catalog merchants, and acquires retailers’ existing credit-card portfolios.
