REBECCA BRAY joins the Onondaga County Soil & Water Conservation District as a district conservation technician for the Skaneateles Lake Watershed Agricultural Program. She will work closely with farmers in the watershed. Bray earned a bachelor’s degree in natural resources management from SUNY ESF. Previously, she worked at the New York Farm Viability Institute.
