ITHACA — Rheonix, Inc., an Ithaca–based microfluidics company, today announced the addition of Frank Gill as vice president of manufacturing.
Gill will be responsible for formulating and executing the company’s operations strategy as it scales from prototype volumes to fully-automated production of life science and in-vitro diagnostics products, the company said in a news release.
Gill will oversee manufacturing of Rheonix-instrument platforms, reagent kits, and the Rheonix CARD system, an automated-microfluidic platform capable of analyzing raw samples in a variety of applications, the company said.
